Novrinex Points
Novrinex Points are planned as a non-transferable record of attributable participation in the exchange. The program will use venue-verified activity rather than browser-reported volume.
Points are not a token, payment instrument, ownership interest, or promise of future value. Novrinex has not committed to an airdrop, conversion, distribution, or protocol asset.
Proposed Season 1 structure
Section titled “Proposed Season 1 structure”The current design uses weekly scoring periods and separates three forms of contribution:
- trading activity based on verified fills and fees;
- referral-team activity tied to qualified traders;
- published grants for approved non-trading work such as documentation, translation, moderation, tutorials, or valid bug reports.
These terms remain subject to the final published rules. No internal draft formula creates a user entitlement before the season opens.
Source records
Section titled “Source records”Eligible trading activity is intended to come from Novrinex’s canonical fill ledger. A qualifying fill must be read from an authoritative venue or onchain source and associated with the correct Novrinex account.
Forced liquidations, unverified browser reports, cancelled orders, failed submissions, deposits, and wash activity will not qualify as normal trading volume.
External performance accounts linked for display in Insights are separate. Their fills are not Novrinex-routed activity and do not qualify for Points under the current design.
Integrity controls
Section titled “Integrity controls”The program is being designed around the following controls:
- fixed, versioned rules published before a scoring period;
- idempotent weekly calculations from venue-verified records;
- exclusion of forced liquidations and non-economic activity;
- self-referral, sybil, and wash-trading review;
- qualification thresholds for referral activity;
- recorded adjustments and disqualifications;
- a published record for discretionary contributor grants;
- no retroactive formula change inside a finalized period.
Paying fees does not guarantee a particular number of Points. Any pro-rata pool depends on the activity of all eligible participants during that period.
What will be published before launch
Section titled “What will be published before launch”The Season 1 terms must state:
- start and end dates;
- eligible accounts and jurisdictions;
- qualifying events and exclusions;
- pool sizes and allocation formula;
- market or retention multipliers, if used;
- referral qualification and depth;
- contributor-grant process;
- calculation schedule and finalization rules;
- dispute, adjustment, and disqualification process;
- product benefits attached to Points, if any.
Until those terms are public and the season is marked live, no trading activity should be assumed to earn Points.
Protocol separation
Section titled “Protocol separation”A future protocol asset is a separate infrastructure decision. It will be considered only after Novrinex operates systems that require a native security or operating mechanism. See Protocol direction.
